Services  /  AI

The hours your team stops spending on work a machine should do.

We find the work worth automating, build it into the tools you already have, then train your people until it belongs to them. The measure is the day a week you got back.

The question is never which model. It is which twenty hours a month are going somewhere they should not, and who will own it afterwards.

01Fit

Who this is usually for.

Your team copies data by hand

Two tools that do not speak, and a person in the middle every week.

The same questions all day

The same forty questions, answered from scratch every time.

Somebody said do something with AI

And nobody can say which part of the business it should touch.

02Scope

What it covers.

Four different jobs. Most clients need two of them.

01

Finding the work

Most of the value here is in choosing correctly.

02

Building it

03Approach

How we work on it.

Process first, model second

The technology question comes second, and is usually the easy one.

Built to be owned

Accounts, keys and code sit with you. Nothing switches off if we stop.

Honest about limits

Some processes should not be automated yet. We say so.

What you actually receive.

05Questions

Questions we get asked.

Is our data safe?

We agree what never leaves your systems before anything is built. If a process needs data we would not send anywhere, we do not build it.

Will this replace people?

So far it has removed the worst part of somebody's job, not the job. If a project only works by cutting headcount, that is a different conversation.

What happens when it gets something wrong?

Anything where being wrong is expensive gets a human review step, by design.

Do we need technical people internally?

No. If you did, we would not have finished the job properly.

06Next

The other three.

Tell us where you are trying to get to.

Bring the two year picture, not this quarter's fire. You get a straight view on what has to happen first, and roughly what it costs.
